1. Introduction and Definitions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Flexbet's betting and gaming services (the Services). By opening an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and any Additional Terms applicable to the relevant Services.   4. Your Account is registered in your own name with accurate Personal Details and you will not create or use a Duplicate Account. If a Duplicate Account is detected, Flexbet may close the duplicate and reallocate funds in accordance with these Terms.
  5. Your access and use of the Services may be restricted by jurisdictional limitations. Flexbet reserves the right to suspend or deny registration from certain territories.

We may request documents to verify identity and source of funds. You must provide such documents promptly upon request. Funds held in relation to your Account are managed separately in accordance with applicable laws and are not treated as deposits in a bank or equivalent financial instrument.

4. Verification and AML/KYC

You agree to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks as required by applicable regulations. Flexbet may request government-issued identification, proof of address and verification of payment methods. Verification may be performed by Flexbet directly or through trusted third parties. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions may be offered from time to time and are governed by Bonus Terms. Promotions may require wagering requirements, time limits and other eligibility criteria. During any active casino bonus, the maximum bet per spin on a qualifying slot is €5 (or currency equivalent) or 15% of the total bonus amount, whichever comes first. Bonus funds may be subject to clawback, expiry and adjustment if terms are not met.

8. Betting and Gaming Terms

All betting and gaming activities must be conducted in accordance with the Rules relating to the relevant game or market, as well as the general Terms. You must not engage in prohibited conduct such as collusion, cheating, fraud or other activities that undermine fair play. 9. Prohibited Activities; Collusion, Cheating and Fraud

Flexbet reserves the right to monitor activity to detect collusion, cheating, fraud and any other criminal activity. The use of automated software, bots or AI software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. If such activity is detected, Flexbet may suspend or close the account, confiscate funds and void winnings. Flexbet may request information to verify activity and compliance with these Terms.

10. Account Management; Duplicate Accounts; Closure

Each Account Holder may hold one account at a time. Duplicate accounts may be closed, with forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and potential reallocation of funds. Flexbet may suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion, including for non-compliance or regulatory changes. You may be required to verify identity and source of funds on a periodic basis.

11. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Software

All rights in the Content and Services are owned by Flexbet or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Website and Services for personal use. Reproduction, modification or distribution of Content and use of third-party software to access the Services in a manner contrary to these Terms is prohibited without express authorization from Flexbet.

12. IT Failures, Errors and Disruptions

Flexbet does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. IT failures, network outages and other incidents may occur. Flexbet may suspend or terminate access, restrict or suspend Services and is not liable for losses arising from such events, except as required by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability and Exclusions

To the extent permitted by law, Flexbet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from use of the Services. The aggregate liability of Flexbet to a single User is limited to the amount of funds in that User’s Account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Cookies, Tracking and Data Processing

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve the Services. You may manage cookie preferences in your account settings. Data processing and sharing comply with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

15. Complaints, Disputes and Dispute Resolution

Where required, you may pursue external dispute resolution or regulatory remedies in the relevant jurisdiction, and Flexbet will cooperate with regulators as required by law.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising under or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Flexbet and by the regulator’s requirements. The courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except to the extent required by applicable law.

17. Restricted Territories

Access to the Services is restricted in certain jurisdictions. Prohibited territories include, but are not limited to, the United States of America, Curacao, Malta, United Kingdom, Spain, Lithuania and Australia. If you reside in a restricted territory or access the Services from such a territory, Flexbet may suspend or close your account and confiscate funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

18. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Flexbet promotes responsible gaming. You may set limit controls in your Account Settings, request a Time-Out or opt for Self-Exclusion for a defined period. Time-Out disables deposits, withdrawals and play for the selected period. Self-Exclusion includes a cooling-off period and a defined reactivation process.
