Rules for changes: a decrease in any limit takes effect immediately; an increase requires prior confirmation by email and the previous limit must expire before the new limit becomes active, to prevent impulsive decisions. Limits can be adjusted at any time within the account.
Time management and activity monitoring
Players should monitor time spent and money wagered. A Session Limit may be applied instantly; when reached, you will be automatically logged out. The minimum and maximum session duration allowed is 6 minutes and up to 1,000,000 minutes, respectively. Regular review of activity helps maintain responsible play.
Cooling-off and self-exclusion
A Cooling-Off Period provides a definite pause in activity. During cooling-off you cannot deposit, and you will be excluded from promotional materials; you may withdraw any remaining funds. The cooling-off period takes effect immediately and ends automatically at the expiry date, after which the account is reactivated.
