Scope and Definitions

These Bonus Terms govern any bonus, free spins, cashback, or related incentive offered by Flexbet. By claiming or using a bonus, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any applicable Promotion Specific Terms. All bonus funds are subject to the rules below and to any additional terms published by Flexbet for a given promotion.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

Bonuses are available only to players who have created a valid Flexbet account and who have completed the required verification processes. A single account is permitted per person, family, household, email, IP address, device, payment method, and any other mutually shared identifiers. Flexbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this rule or that exhibit suspicious or abusive behavior in relation to bonus offers.

Geographic Restrictions and Exclusions

Bonuses are not available to players located in or accessing Flexbet from countries where such offers are prohibited. In particular, players identified as residents of certain specified territories may be excluded from participation in bonus programs and related VIP or promotional activities. Flexbet reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the IP address, payment methods, and other verifiable data. Verification of location or identity may be required at any time.

Bonus Non-Sticky Nature; Real Money First Principle

All bonuses are non-sticky. You must wager with the full amount of bonus funds before any withdrawal of winnings attributed to the bonus can be requested. You always play with real money first; when real money funds are exhausted, wagering with bonus funds commences. If the bonus funds are exhausted or wagering requirements are satisfied, the bonus is considered fulfilled and cannot be re-activated unless explicitly offered again by Flexbet.

Verifications and Payment Data

Flexbet may request identification documents and payment method data to verify the information on your account and to satisfy any security or regulatory checks. Refusal or failure to provide requested information may result in restriction or suspension of bonus eligibility and withdrawal rights.

Bonus Activation, One Bonus at a Time, and Deposits

Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Deposit bonuses may not be combined with other deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated. Sign-up, no-deposit, and other promotional offers may require precise activation steps or codes. You may decline any bonus without penalty to your funds or wagering requirements.

Welcome Package: Structure and Activation

The activation window for each component of the Welcome Package is one day from a qualifying deposit. The total playthrough for Free Spins is three days; the cash bonus playthrough is seven days. Minimum qualifying deposits and maximum bonus caps apply as published for each stage.

Free Spins and Spin-Specific Rules

Free Spins are subject to a separate wagering requirement of 40 times the Free Spin winnings. Maximum cash-out on winnings derived from Free Spins is capped and varies by currency, with typical limits such as 100 EUR/USD, 150 AUD, 140 CAD, 160 NZD, 1000 NOK, 0.002 BTC, 0.19 BCH, 0.03 ETH, 0.63 LTC, 500 DOGE, or 100 USDT. These caps apply per Free Spin grant and are enforced at the time of withdrawal; the cap applies to winnings derived solely from Free Spins.

Cash Bonuses, Cashback, and Wagering Multipliers

Winnings from any cash bonus, cashback, personal bonus, or bonus-like instrument are capped at ten times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in a Promotion Specific Terms. Wagering requirements for such bonuses are x5 unless otherwise specified. All bonus funds must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals; Cashout Rules

Withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted only after the applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the wagering obligations, the bonus and any winnings attributed to the bonus are forfeited. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or time period may be limited as published for each promotion; general limits are stated in the Bonus Terms and Promotion Specific Terms.

Time Limits; Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses and their winnings expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated validity period. Typical bonus validity is 14 days from receipt, with Free Spins and cash components carrying separate activation and playthrough windows as described in the relevant Welcome Package terms or Promotion Specific Terms. If the balance includes any amount tied to an outstanding bonus, Flexbet may apply a maximum winnings rule prior to payout until such balance is cleared.

Game Weighting and Exclusions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. In general, slot games contribute 100% toward playthrough, while table games, video poker, and certain other categories contribute reduced percentages or are excluded. A list of ineligible titles or categories will be published in Promotion Specific Terms and may be updated from time to time. Interactions with bonus funds in disallowed games may forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.

Anti-Abuse and Compliance

Flexbet reserves the right to revoke any bonus and related winnings if obtained through dishonest or abusive practices, including but not limited to multi-accounting or manipulation of bonus mechanics. The casino may suspend or close accounts and withhold funds if required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Changes to Terms

Flexbet reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction under which Flexbet operates. Any disputes arising from bonus offers shall be resolved in accordance with Flexbet’s internal dispute resolution procedures and, if unresolved, may be pursued before the competent courts in the operator’s jurisdiction.
